Return and Refund Policy

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the product must be:

• Unused and in its original condition

• In its original packaging

• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Products that have been used, deployed during training or rescue operations, altered, damaged after delivery or returned without authorization are not eligible for return.

Starting a Return

Before returning a product, contact us at jason@breakin-glass.ca with your order number and reason for the return.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective products. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of shipment.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product was damaged, defective or incorrect when delivered.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If a product is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at jason@breakin-glass.ca and include your order number, a description of the issue and photographs where applicable.

If the claim is approved, Breakin-Glass® will arrange an appropriate replacement, refund or other resolution and will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Refunds

We will inspect approved returns after they are received. If the return meets the requirements of this policy, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow time for your bank or credit-card provider to process and post the refund.

Cancellations

To request an order cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process described above.
